At MyJersey365, we strive to provide high-quality sports apparel and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 90 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
• Personalized or customized jerseys (including any printing of names, numbers, or patches) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
• For non-personalized items, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return if conditions are not met.

Return Process

Contact our customer service team at service@wisdomhubhk.com to initiate a return. Please securely package the item with a note stating your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to product availability; if an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
